Results

Sagemont agreed to enter into a 12-month agreement with Function4 with a review at the end of the initial period to audit the internal savings and decided after the initial term to continue the program with Function4.

Sagemont Church has been a part of the Function4 20/40 Program for over a year now and concluded after an internal audit conducted in March of 2020 that confirmed the savings, we offered at the beginning of the program.

Function4’s 20/40 Program is a flat-fee (Device Based) program that simplifies the process of managing your printer fleet. You pay a simple monthly fee of $20 per month per Mono Printer and $40 per month per Color Printer. This includes all-you-can-eat toner and unlimited service. Call today for additional information on the Function4 20/40 Program.

Function4’s 20/40 Program:

  • Saved Sagemont several thousand dollars annually
  • Reduced the IT Departments burden on managing printers
  • Helped Sagemont to streamline its toner ordering process through the Function4 Customer Portal

The Challenge

Sagemont has over three dozen printers at their main location and were managing each device with service and toner ordering through its Information Technology staff. The church felt this was an expensive way to manage its printers and was also taxing on its IT staff, however the traditional Managed Print Services (MPS) model really didn’t have the Return on Investment (ROI) that warranted entering into an agreement with an outside firm to manage its printer fleet.

The Function4 Solution

Function4 approached Sagemont Church with our 20/40 Managed Print Services (MPS) Program. This included a detailed analysis to understand current costs that Sagemont was spending to manage its devices internally. Our analysis concluded that our 20/40 program would save the church thousands of dollars annually and reduced the IT Departments day-to-day involvement in managing each printer’s maintenance and service.
